About GIIP

Global Institute of Intellectual Property (GIIP) was established in the year 2007. Ever since inception, Intellectual Property (IP) training has been GIIP’s focus and forte. GIIP launched its very first IP certification program with Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. GIIP has come a long way and has established itself as a frontline market leader in IP training in the country, with IP programs having multi-jurisdictional thrust. The prime emphasis throughout has been on a philosophy of instruction and learning, driven by a practice-for-precept approach, envisaged through hands-on case studies, examples and real-time scenario coverage.

Recognizing the growing global demand for patent and related services, and the consequent need for qualified and trained patent professionals, agents and IP litigation attorneys in India, GIIP has put together unique international-standard courses.

Conducted by Indian and international IP practitioners, these courses provide comprehensive knowledge about different types of IP related protection systems, infringement issues and strategies for commercialisation and management.

To cater to the increasing need of the global knowledge-based economy, GIIP aims to train science, engineering and law students, management graduates, post-graduates, working professionals and corporate teams.
