Payments & Refunds

We want to make sure that our customers have an exceptional learning experience. As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a course on the ocl.giipinfo.com you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the conditions covered on our website.

You can pay by credit card, debit card and net banking. We will give you access to the course when full payment has been made; however, if you choose to pay by net banking, your access will not be granted until you transfer has cleared. The enrolment fee shall cover the course registration and participation, and all other Course content.

Refunds & Cancellations: We understand that you can change your mind. We understand that you might change your mind due to unforeseen circumstances. That is why we give you the freedom to ask for a complete refund of your course fee 15 days prior to beginning of the online course. If the cancellation is done by the customer between 1-14 days prior to the beginning of the course, no refunds will be made.

Duplicate payment: Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed by original payment within 10 business days after intimation by the customer.
